Camtasia For Mac Experiment
While reading Andy Jenkin’s blog last night, I stumbled across a post explaining that TechSmith was going to release their popular Camtasia software for Mac on August 25th, 2009. Since it was the 31st, I was excited to be able to actually purchase it, and to my surprise, it was only $99 (through December 31, 2009). I remember paying somewhere north of $300 for the PC version several years ago, but at $99 (and on a Mac), I knew this was a steal.
After playing around with it for a bit, I thought it would probably serve you better to actually see a video using just a few of the many available features within the app. Enjoy, and let me know if you have any questions. Disclaimer: I am a complete newbie when it comes to any sort of video editing…but I’m learning.
